Tuesday is a so call "free day" for me since i got no school on that day. But then, i used this day to think as I already made known to some of my classmates that I wanted to quit Student Council already. Yeah, I came out with a conclusion that is going ahead with the plan. The reason of me going to quit this council is because of a personal reason which is St John Ambulance Bridage involvement and my academic side. I been at St John for 6 years already since 1999 and had grown a love relationship to it. It's really hard to break away from this relationship. Actually i wanted to quit the bridage just last week but all changed after last saturday zone meeting. Being convinced by Yanni (My cluster O/C) that i'm very important for my corp which i must go for OTC next year. I know that once i quit, coming into SC would be something very difficult already but than this my choice. By the way, i do not quite like the way SC is doing stuff. And also my result is not very good and sometimes if there is any event, I must missed class. So i think for my future well-being, quitting Student Council is the best for me. Later in school, I will make this known to Kwan Liang, the Council President, but i think it's mostly fair for me to finish the current event of Sport Fiesta first before stepping down. 3 months at SC is really fun and known quite a number of friends thank to SC and also helped me to settle well into the ITE environment....

Sorry currently Photobucket (the place i linked my pictures over) is having some problem that why we are seeing the "red cross". I hoped later will be back to normal and operational. Today i stayed at home whole day and play Full Spectrum Warrior as well as Final Fantasy VII. Currently saving up to upgrade my computer. These are the spec hopefully i can get.

Changed a new template. I guessed you people may think it is familiar to you. Yes this is a very popular template i got over at blogskins. I downloaded Ghost In The Shell 2: Innocence from suprnova last night. I can say that I have not finished watching it yet but it's really a great anime/movie with great computer graphic. Also Naruto the movie at suprnova and realised it is 4GB big. It's really big for a movie so i guessed I will be waiting awhile probably some people may come out version that is smaller hopefully it's of good quality and less than 1GB. Changed my song to Arigatou by Kokia. It was sent to me by Vanessa few nights ago and really liked it. It may sound familiar as this is the japanese version of Sammi's song of the same name. It's the original version too. Anyway, i think i'll be going back to either Full Spectrum Warrior (great game with excellent graphic) or Ghost in the shell 2 now. Blogged again tomorrow night :D

first 2 days of school vacation will be boring if without my animes and the bittorrent client...:P... I downloaded quite a few of them including Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Final Fantasy 7 Ultima edition as well as One Piece movie 5. All of them are great shows/games. I also installed Fifa 2004 into my computer. Suddenly got this urge to play it...

I finally bought the DVD writer i wanted for years today. So for those that want this "technology" please drop by my house...LOL... I changed the song to Home Sweet Home by YUKI. She is the former vocalist for Judy and Mary. She did have a girly voice and i personally think it's quite hard to imitate but i know of someone who had such voice when singing...But then, my former schoolmate think that her voice is very annoying and irritating...LOL...

Being quite sometimes since i last blogged. Been very busy especially on the last week of school where there are a few tests. I think i done quite well for Visual basic and Office Automation. What more worrying is the Electrical Principles and Communication Principles. When the school term start on 20 Sept, I will be quite busy as I'm involved in Sport Fiesta. It's a month long sporting event for ITE EAST network. I'm in the logistic team but i missed saturday morning meeting as my nose were bleeding for no reason. I think for some of you that is poking fun at me saying that I "see girls too much" but than i felt not much the case. But it had stopped bleeding now so i think i can "relaxed" a little.



I finally finished watching Peacemaker Kurogane. It's a story about Shinsengumi and about it's struggle against the rising revolution against the Tokugawa. I read abit of it's historical background and it goes like this. With the rude awakening by the Perry's Black Ship, Japan was thrown into chaos and fears. Many samurais, especially those of lower ranks, began to doubt the power of the Shogunate in defending the country against foreign powers, especially when they had seen the armed blackships. The slogan "Sonno-Joi" (Rever the emperor, dispel the barbarians) was winning more and more support, such that samurais desert their hans to come to Kyoto to join the revolutionary movements. (In those days deserting your hand can be one of the most condemned sins - once you desert, you can never return to it, on pain of death). Such numbers of Roshis began to increase in Kyoto and create trouble. In those early days of unsatisfied feelings, most of the roshis still did not have a clear idea of what movement or who they should follow. All they knew was that they were impatient and eager to do something to defend Japan. There were myriads of schools of thought - Sonno-joi, open up the country to learn from the gaijin and in turn attact them using the same technologies, support the Bakufu - as Watsuki once remarked, it was an era where 100 people may hold 100 different arguments and you can't say who's wrong. It's one factor which makes this era as tumultuous and interesting as it is. The Bakufu decided that it would be to their advantage if they took such roshis without any stand yet into their service, rather than letting them roam about the capital. Hence, Roshi-tais (bands of wave samurais) were formed and roshis enlisted under respective Bakufu samurais, where the "entry requirements" were one's sword skills (kenjutsu matches, something like an exam, were held.) This is how Shinsengumi was formed. To protect the interest of the Shogunate and also lowered down the disturbance in the capital.

But than it was the figures that interests me. Especially Hiijikata Toshizo. He was the ruthless leader of Shinsengumi and also the upmost disciplinarian. Feared by many and was nicknamed "The Demon of Shinsengumi". One of the rules he set was "Traitors or Deserters had only one path to take: Seppuku(Ritual Killing)". This was the infamous type of suicide and had even been done in Singapore soil. (Fort Factory which is the Japanese HQ during occupation where many soldiers committed suicide upon hearing Japan surrenders!). He actually ordered and witness his best friend committed seppuku which shown how cold blooded he is. But then probably he had to be tough as he was the leader. He was shot to death in 1869 at the age of 35 through fighting against the Ishin Government.

The other figure is Okita Souji. Start learning sword fighting style at the age of 9 and became an accomplised swordman at the age of 15. But he contracted Tubercolosis which is a incurable disease at that time and died at the age of 25 after fainted during Ikeda-ya Affair. This shown that Japanese history although it do not had the "fame" of China history but yet it is still quite interesting. That why i kept getting good marks for History in school. I could be a historian next time..LOL...

I readed One Piece and Naruto just now and was really surprised by the plot that was going through. One Piece my favourite character, Usopp left the Straw Hat Pirate over the dispute with Luffy. And some suspicious activity from Nico Robin. While Sasuke of Naruto anime series actually bowed down to Orochimaru in order to get the power he desired in order to defeat his brother, Itachi who killed his whole clan mates including their parent. Both storyline are very exciting and i cannot wait for the next manga release. Waiting for the anime will take ages and somemore they both had so much episodes already. One Piece @ 201 while Naruto @ 100. Yet both stories did not shown any hint of ending soon though. Anyway, it's almost 3am now. I going to sleep. Good Night... :P

As expected, Sir Hendry gave me the unhappy look when i told him that there are 14 cadets from the corp have not hand up the cards. Although I'm meeting them in the evening at 7:30pm, I still got some worries in my mind that some of them will not turn up thus leading more problem to it. I really hoped that they will co-operated with me as I really hoped to settle it by tomorrow. Well the last few days is really stressful for me, I'm so tired by the end of the day that i slept till 1pm on Saturday. Although it's not my record hours in term of sleeping, but still felt refreshed when i woke up. Been listening to this song since just now, it's called 回到过去 by Jay, my idol. Here is the lyrics:

Great song right, i think so too. Yesterday met a few ex-classmates from Loyang Sec, Fadhila and Rohana on the train. I was surprised that both of them are currently having their education with ITE Bishan because they seem to be those academic inclined and never thought they did not do well in their O Level. Saw Kenny with her gf Kali too but it was earlier that day when i was returning home from school. LYSS 2002 4A1 rules!!!! :D

I'm blogging this in school. These few days had been quite busy for me as I'm trying to finish up all the St John stuff. Later still need to go back to Loyang Sec to collect the walkathon and I believe that some had not even hand-in despite having reminded them since last saturday and asking the O/C to remind and call them to hand in the cards to Ms Lui. The school really lack the discipline and I hated them alot. Been playing with the phone for quite sometimes and getting hold of it as days goes by.

Finally bought 6600 after months of thinking and saving. I was thinking that taking up a weekend job but then come to think of it, if my current lifestyle continue, I don't think i got much time to do my personal and social life. Since I'll be heavily involved throughout the week. Sorry to senior, as this is my decision don't be angry ok... I LOVE YOU... LOL... I bet she would be laughing if she see this. Been playing with the phone from the time i wake up till now. And I don't think i would stop anytime soon even my cup of milo is being left on the table feeding housefly now... WAHAHAHAHAHA
